The timetable can be adjusted to meet your needs in WebUntis. You can create different timetable formats for different user groups and can select what you want to be displayed. Additionally, you can show timetables publicly (i.e. also for persons who are not logged in) und can restrict the time range of published timetables. You can also adjust colour settings.
What do I need to know about the new timetable in WebUntis?
The timetable in WebUntis can be customized to suit your needs:
You can create different timetable formats for various user groups and choose what should and shouldn't be displayed in each timetable.
In addition, you can define how far into the future each user group is allowed to view the timetable.
You can also make timetables publicly visible, meaning they can be accessed even without logging in.
Lastly, appointments from external calendars can be displayed directly in the timetable. These could be from the school year calendar or any private calendar of your choice.
