Timetable | Settings | General
You can mark different timetables in WebUntis as public. This means they can be viewed without logging in to WebUntis.
If public timetables are available, they can be accessed via the sidebar on the left-hand side of your school's WebUntis login page.
As a WebUntis administrator, you have control over which timetables can be accessed publicly. To manage this, go to Timetable | Settings in the menu. There, you can tick the "Public" checkbox for each element (e.g., teachers, classes, etc.).
Once you mark the timetables of an element as public, you will also have the option to define a timetable format specifically for the public view.
This format is independent of the one used for non-public timetables of the same element. For example, you can choose to show less information in the public timetable than in the internal one.

Copying a Link to a Public Timetable
To copy the link to a public timetable, first open the relevant timetable. Then click on the three-dot menu and select "Copy public link".
Important: You can copy the public link at any time. However, the timetable can only be accessed if it has actually been marked as public.
