By selecting the option “count active school days” (formerly “calculation of the yearly weeks using single days”), the number of effective school weeks is calculated by dividing the sum total of school days by the number of days in the time grid. In the example below this means: 165 / 5 = 33
Of course, in this case non-whole-numbered weeks are generally also possible.
In the 2020.1.0 version, a new column has already been introduced to the “Weekly values” window to make it easier to take control of the values in the weekly values. It is called “Weekly weight”.
This column shows how many days of the school week are active school days. Weeks which have single days off calculate the target, lesson, reductions and actual values proportionally.
