New version of auth-endpoints: Version 3!

We fixed/improved some parts of the SSO:

• The issuer is now a valid URL, instead of "webuntis".
• The userinfo endpoint returns a correct JSON, instead of a JWT.
• The wellknownadress endpoint now only returns URLs to the API gateway.

Separate redirect-path for SSO

Now its possible to define a separate SSO-redirect-path, instead of using the UI-integration Redirect-path.

New Endpoint for App deactivation

The WU platform now offers the option of being informed when an app is deactivated.

We recommend to use this function, so please get in contact with us to change your configuration!

New version of Credentials-Endpoint

We provide a new version 2 for the credential transfer, so that you get more information about the school.

The old version 1 is now deprecated and you must upgrade to version 2. Please get in contact with us to change your configuration!

OneRoster - Enrollments

The endpoint to read ALL enrollments for an entire school, now returns only enrollments of the current schoolyear.

New Messaging-API

Now you can use the WebUntis Messagingsystem to send information to our users.

We changed the name of EAP_URL to API_URL.

This is only a change in the documentation.

Every API (incl. authorize- and token-endpoints) can now be called via the EAP_URL.

This means its not longer necessary to know the WU_URL for every school.

The only URLs you need to know:

• api.integration.webuntis.dev
• api.webuntis.com

New OneRoster-APIs: Enrollments

With the enrollments you get the information when a student (or teacher) starts and ends in a specific lesson.

• A new optional attribute "attestationRequirementSince"
• Updating a student no longer changes the school-specific sorting of the students.

• New error-handling (the same like the external Class-API)
• The API now returns ALL classes of ALL schoolyears by default. You can filter for ONE schoolyear via a new schoolyear-parameter
• New attribute "National Id" which can be used for identification of students. Its designed to save Ids for a whole country. (eg. in Austria this would be the bPK)

New Version of authorize- and token-endpoint!

V2 uses the tenantId instead of the schoolname.

The old version with schoolname is now deprecated and should be replaced with the new version!

Calendar-Spec to integrate your appointments in our timetable is ready to use.

Attention: The information is only used in the NEW timetable-view, which is not public at the moment!

New YAML-Specification for student-management-API.

Changes: Uniquness of defined attributes

• Class-object was extended by the from- and to-date of the WebUntis-lesson.
• The status of the lesson is now correct. "active" for active lessons and "tobedeleted" for old lessons.
