Improvements/Changes:
- General:
- The performance when saving the Untis file has been improved. (UN-9441)
- When creating a new schoolyear, there is now an option to delete all entries in value and line value in lessons. (UN-9116)
- The XML interface has been extended to include the department of the subject. (UN-9454)
- Outdated interfaces have been removed. (UN-9493)
- Value Calculation:
- For entries with = in the fields value and line value, Untis now asks which terms this entry should apply to. This makes it easier to manipulate the yearly average value. (UN-9114)
- The “condensed view” option in the weekly values is now saved. (UN-3835)
- Cover Scheduling: If an exit date is entered for a teacher, substitutions, events and special duties after this date are now cleaned up automatically. (UN-8538)
- Break Supervisions:
- Columns have been renamed in the teacher suggestion for break supervisions. (UN-9547)
- In the “Break Supervisions” window, differing start and end times of breaks are now displayed in a tooltip. (UN-9540)
- Austria, UPIS: Half periods are now correctly taken into account in the school balance. (UN-8774)
- Germany, Rhineland-Palatinate: Reduction reasons have been adjusted. (UN-9443)
Bug Fixes:
- General:
- In the lessons window, the “real periods” column is now available again. (UN-8761)
- Timetable optimisation: If multiple timegrids exist the option for double period optimisation is disabled, as it could produce incorrect results. (OPT-2670)
- Course Planning:
- The transfer teachers function during the creation of a new schoolyear has been improved. (UN-9402)
- If a teacher was entered in an exam and a supervision at the same time, the supervision was shown as open again after opening the file. (UN-9534)
- Partial course optimisation: Weekly periods and double periods of existing clusters are no longer modified. (OPT-2800)
- Value Calculation: In the weekly values, reductions were incorrectly printed as 0. (UN-5307)
- MultiUser:
- Users can now be blocked or unblocked in user management even when enhanced security policies are disabled. (UN-9449)
- In the MultiUser environment, the warning for interruptions of lesson groups outside the lesson group period was missing. (UN-9489)
- Cover Scheduling: The display and editing of the fields “from period” and “to period” for multi-day absences has been corrected. (UN-9428)
- Info Timetable: After the info export, windows that had not previously been open could be opened under certain circumstances. (UN-9505)
- Germany, LUSD:
- Problems with the LUSD export have been fixed. (UN-9339)
- For different coupled courses, identical line external data could incorrectly be present after an import. (UN-9490)
- Sweden: A crash could occur when importing data via the interface. (UN-9561)
