Problems with logging in may have the following reasons:
1. You do not know your login credentials?
In this case, please contact the WebUntis administrator responsible for your school, for data protection reasons we are not able to assist here.
If you are logged into Untis Mobile on another device, you will see your username under "Profile", and you can also copy it from there to the clipboard.
2. Your user has been blocked?
If you have specified an email address, you can use the "Forgot your password?" function to unlock the user again. This function is accessible via Untis Mobile and WebUntis login screens. Otherwise, please contact your school's WebUntis administrator directly. For data protection reasons, we (Untis GmbH) are unfortunately not able to assist here.
3. You have forgotten your password?
If you have specified an email address (under "Profile" - "Contact details"), it is possible to use the "Forgot your password?" function to generate a new password. You can find the dialog in the Untis Mobile, WebUntis login screens (or in Untis Mobile under "Profile" - "Change password"). Otherwise, please contact your school's WebUntis administrator directly. 4. Your access data will not be accepted?
If you have specified an email address (under "Profile" - "Contact details"), it is possible to use the "Forgot your password?" Dialog to generate a new password. You can find the dialog in the Untis Mobile, WebUntis login screens (or in Untis Mobile under "Profile" - "Change password"). Otherwise, please contact your school's WebUntis administrator directly.
