You can enter and edit exams in WebUntis. An exam planner provides you with an interactive overview of the distribution of exams in the different classes; you can easily create and administer your exams.
Your WebUntis administrator can define some parameters for exams, such as the types of exams, grading schemes, weighting factors of the individual types of exams, or the number of exams reasonable or determined by law for a student to undertake in a certain period of time.
Short description of the different WebUntis terms
An exam type describes the type of the actual examination, e.g. a written exam or an oral repetition.
A grading scheme describes the schemes used for grading, e.g. one possibility would by "A" to "F" or "1" to "5".
Weighting factors have an impact on the weighting of each and every exam regarding the final grades. If a written exam has a weighting factor of 2 compared to an oral repetition with a weighting factor of 1, this means that written tests count double as much for the final grade at the end of the semester or school year.
