If the timetable changes during the school year, the changes are to be displayed in the timetable. There are several possibilities.
The timetable is set to "Time range: school year" by default. If you work with terms, you have the possibility to set the view to "Week" or "Term".
Time range: week
With the "Calendar week" setting, the lesson of the selected week is shown correctly regarding terms. This means that, even if the term switches during a week, the lesson and the respective term are shown for every day of the week. In this case, you see the data of several terms in the timetable.
The timetable of the calendar week does not necessarily correspond to the time range of the selected term. If you want the timetable to be automatically set to the date of the beginning of the term, do the following:
Go to "Settings | Miscellaneous | Timetable" and activate the checkbox "When switching terms, set the TT to the beginning of the term".
If you activate the checkbox "Synchronise dates", a switch of weeks in any timetable window consequently sets all timetables open on your screen to exactly this date.
Time range: term
With this setting, the timetable of the current term is shown. If you switch to another term, the time ranges of all opened timetables are automatically up-dated.
