Click on "File | Export data to .gpn file“ to save the data of the version you are logged in as a .gpn file. This way, you can continue your work at a computer (e.g.notebook), which does not have database connection and can export the data to the database later, as described on the following pages.
You also can export the data to a .gpn file in order to have a back-up (seechapter "Data safety").
You need "Data import/export" rights to be able to do this. For more information on rights, please read chapter "User administration".
