No information is exported to Untis regarding exams deleted in WebUntis. If you delete exams in WebUntis, you need to communicate this to the substituion planner for Untis, so that he or she can also delete the respective exams in Untis. An examination can be deleted by the Untis substitution planner in the substitution window. As a consequence, all effects are reversed in Untis.
It is important to adjust the settings <Transfer of exams to Untis until [days] into the future> in WebUntis under <Lesson> | <Settings> to the planning time range. Let's presume that the Untis substitution planner has a scheduling horizon of 7 days, the entry would then be 7.
