How many substitutions has a teacher already had in the time range defined or over the year? How many cancellations? The answers to these or similar questions can be given quite easily by taking a look at the following fields:
Counter
The counter is a balance number made of substitutions and cancellations, although the structure and design of this balance is defined by the settings you carry out.
In general, the substitutions a teacher holds are set against his or her lesson cancellations (e.g. class absences). The reference period can be defined (see chapter: "Substitution counter settings"). If the cancellations outweigh the substitutions, the counter turns negative. The respective teacher has "substitution debts", his/her counter is displayed in green, i.e. he or she can predominantly be assigned for substitutions.
Substitutions and cancellations
Substitutions and cancellations which are the basis for counter calculations are displayed separately in the following columns. You therefore can take these numbers separately into consideration regarding the selection of a substitution.
The yearly counter is a balance number made of substitutions and cancellations over the entire school year. This makes it possible to get a quick overview of the counter of the month or the week ("Counter" column) and at the same time over the year.
Paid substitutions (paid)
This column shows the number of paid substitutions in the selected time range (see chapter: " Substitution counter settings").
Supervisions
In this column you see the number of supervisions in the selected time range (see chapter: "Supervision")
