The teachers suggested are primarily listed in the order of priority according to the weighting you set. The outcome of this prioritisation is shown in the "Points" column. The points are penalty points, i.e. the teacher with the lowest (most negative) number of points is most eligible. You can define in how far which criteria are contributing to this prioritisation.
The weighting settings can be defined by clicking on the <Settings> button in the substitute suggestion window on the "Weighting" tab.
"Release", "On standby", "Teaches in the class", "Teaches in the subject", "Periods per day"
You can weight the individual parameters from 0 (unimportant) to 99 (extremely important). The higher the weighting, the more prioritised a teacher will be who meets one or several of the criteria.
"Factor for the flag","Availability block"
The "Factor for the flag" and the "Availabilty block" multiply the flag (or block annotation) of the teacher by this factor, which is then ranked lower by this number.
"Totals-Factor"
The "Totals-Factor" is multiplied by the counter of the teacher, which is either prioritised then or not depending on the outcome.
"Statistical code"
In the "Statistical code" field, statistical codes can be entered which prioritise a certain teacher more or less (e.g. reduction). The statistical code referred here needs to be entered in the "Statistics" column under "Master data | Teachers". You can enter positive and negative values, a positive value prioritises the teacher less and a negative value prioritises the teacher more, bringing him or her further up in the list.
