In many schools, usually a teacher is assigned to substitute another who knows the students or is able to teach the subject of the teacher to be substituted. This type of information is quickly found due to the following aspects:
This column shows whether the respective teacher teaches the respective class. This is important due to pedagogical reasons and because this makes preponements possible. Additionally, the "class teacher" (Master data | Classes) is clearly highlighted in green in the "Class" column.
In the <Settings> of the substitution suggestion you can choose, whether this symbol should also be shown next to teachers who only teach a part of the class (but never the entire class).
A subject symbol in thisfieldshows that a teacher either has the teaching qualification for this subject (only possible with the "Lesson planning and value calculation" module), or that he/she teaches the subject of the uncovered substitution.
If a substitution has already been held in the previous/last week by a teach-er suggested by the substitution suggestion, he/she is highlighted in green in the "Last week" column and it is indicated by a check.
If there is a lesson pool out of which an uncovered substitution could be "filled", it will be shown here. For more information, please read the chapter "Lesson pool".
