Apart from the order of the substitute suggestion, the display of the substitute suggestion can additionally be adjusted by different settings.
Red / do not show if exceeds
The substitute suggestion should only list those teachers who are available as substitute. In most cases, 0>colleagues who have a day off on the respective day (flag 9) are neither a good choice as are colleagues who already have a counter (excess) of 20 substitutions. You can define here, whether such teachers should even be listed in the substitute suggestion or not and if so, under which circumstances they should be coloured in red.
Do not indicate blocked teachers
Teachers with a -3 time request for the respective period, should not be listed in the substitute sugggestion.
Teachers should be listed with their full names.
Checkmark 'class' for class-parts
Here you can choose, whether this symbol should also be shown for teachers who teach part of a class (but never all students of a class).
Respect room weight 4
With this setting you can choose, whether a lesson scheduled for a room with room weighting 4 should also be offered in the preponement suggestion, when the respective room is not available in the period to which the lesson should be preponed. This is meant to avoiding that a lesson taking place in a special room (e.g. sports hall, textiles workshop) is preponed to a period in which this room is not available.
Window in the background
When you check this box, the substitute suggestion window remains behind other windows on your screen until you click on it or is accessed anew.
See chapter: Preponements.
The columns in the substitute suggestion can be re-sorted by drag and drop, and by a right-click on the heading of the columns you can hide or show them.
