You can access a list on all substitution cases and the respective counters uner "Reports | Report selection | Cover planning". The time range of the list can be set in "Print selection". The current month is set in the calendar by default.
The report is printed/displayed per teacher, and can either be printed/displayed for all or only for certain teachers by clicking the <Selection> button, and it contains the following information:
In addition to the reknown elements such as "Subject" or "Class(es)", the report shows at which date and in which period a certain event occurred. The "Reason" and "Text" columns show more detailed information why a certain event occurred.
The following columns need a more detailed description:
C/S/R
The abbreviations in this column show which event occurred at this position. The following abbreviations are possible:
Stby... stands for a standby substitution
-C...stands for a cancellation.
R... stands for a release, i.e. the class of the teacher is absent. Whether the release is counted negatively depends on the reason of absence entered for the event or the absence of the class.
B... stands for a break supervision substitution.
+S...stands for a substitution.
S... stands for an in-lieu substitution. In-lieu substitutions are caused when a teacher has been entere as substitute for a release of another teacher.
E...stands for an event.
VC... stands for a value correction which was entered under "Teachers | Master data". The "Subject" field shows which value correction is meant.
Value
Here you see if the respective line is counted positively, negatively or neutral.
Counter
The counter is a continuous sum across the values of each line. The counter of the last line of a substitution statement corresponds to the sum total.
The example shows the substitution statemen of teacher Andersen for the month of March.
The balance line at the end of the report add up to the sum total of all the lines.
Substitutions
In this line, all substitutions to be counted are summed up.
Neutral (not-counting) substitutions
This balanace line was introduced with Untis 2019. It adds up all substitution events which are not to be counted. These can be substitutions for which you have indicated the statistical code for not to be counted substitutions. However, these could also be shifted periods which were shifted from a day outside of the time range of the report. In April, this period is assessed as "Neutral (not-counting) substitution".
Cancellations
Here all cancellations are summed up which count negatively for the teacher.
Uncounted cancellations
The cancellations summed up here do not count negatively for the teacher. These could be cancellations which do not have a check in the box "Count cancellations" for the absence reason, e.g. when the teacher is sick. These could also be cancelled periods due to releases. And periods shifted to a time range outside of the time range of the report are displayed here.
Total
This line adds up the sum total of the lines "Substitutions" and "Cancellations". Additional examples for printing substitution statements are described in the chapter: "Substitution counter".
If you always print a certain report for the same group of teachers you can use element filters as of Untis 2019 so that you do not need to repeatedly select the same teachers. In the teacher selection for the report there is a dropbox for "Element filters". More details regarding installing the filter are described in the version brochure for Untis 2019.
Break supervisions in substitution statements
As of Untis 2019, substitution statements also contain a balance on events for break supervisions.
Break supervisions scheduled: This number shows how many break supervisions are regularly scheduled for the teacher in the time range of the report.
Cancellation of break supervision: Shows how many scheduled break supervisions were cancelled.
Break supervision substitution: This is the indicator for how many break supervisions the teacher had additionally substituted.
Break supervisions held: calculated the balance of scheduled supervisions minus any cancellations plus substitutions.
Standbys in substitution statement
As of Untis 2019, there is a segment - similar to break supervisions - which displays a balance of a teacher's standby.
Standbys scheduled: This number shows how many standbys were scheduled for a teacher in the time range of the report.
Standbys cancelled: Cancellations are displayed here.
Standby used: This number shows how often a teacher was scheduled to substitute when on standby.
