It often happens that the entire class takes part in a school event over several days, such as
winter sports week or an execution, however, a few students do not attend. Therefore, these students must be assigned to another lesson where they are supervised during the time of the winter sports week.
Do the following:
The Untis (substitution) scheduler enters the necessary data in the Untis file (absences or events) and exports it to WebUntis.
You go to the respective class in WebUntis by clicking on <Lessons> | <Classes>. Click on the "Temporary course reversal" button and set the required time range.
Now select the students who do not take part in the excursion, but need to be
assigned to another lesson. Then select the class which they are to be assinged to for the
course of the excursion.
Now select the lesson, which the students are to attend basically, i.e. their individual assignment to a student group, e.g. in the case of divided lessons. This is done
at a later point in time:
In the target class, every lesson now has at least two student groups. The regular students are assigned to the first student group, without brackets, and the guest students are assigned to the second student group, with brackets. The second student group shows the defined time range.
If you need to split the "guest" student group into special groups because of divided lessons,
you need to edit the respective student group.
