Sometimes a student changes class during the school year. Do the following:
Access the student list by clicking on <Master data> | <Students>, and click on the <Edit> button for the respective student. The master data sheet of the student opens.
Click on the <Change class> button. Select the new class of the student and the date, as of which he/she is to be assigned to this class. Then click on <Next>.
Then select the student groups you want to assign him or her to, and click on <Save>.
If it happens that you erroneously clicked on <Cancel> instead of <Save>, you need to get back at a later point in time and assign the new student to the student groups once again under <Lessons> | <Lessons: Class>.
You see details of the class change when you click on the <Change class> button once again.
