Substitution data can be displayed as a list or as a timetable. This is often done digitally in HTML format (see chapterHTMLdisplay), but also as a print out of overview timetables.
If you go to <Timetable settings> on the <Layout> tab, you can, for instance print the substitution data in red:
Substitution text in the timetable
You can display a text with each period of the up-dated timetable. Do the following:
- Go to a class timetable, open the <Timetable settings> and then the <Lesson period>.
- Go to >New field> and show the "Special text" field.
- Enter a note or message in the substitution text in the substitution view. This note or message will be shown next to the respective period
Tip: How to enter a note/message in the timetable
As an alternative, you can also enter a note or message directly in the timetable. Right-click on the respective period and select "Text for substitution". Enter a note or a message and confirm with "OK". In the lesson period the "Special text" field must be shown in order to be able see the text in the timetable.
